oh God u have no idea how happy this makes me. The giants are goin no where, they're destined for an 8-8 season at best. Eli's prolly gonna make some improvements but in my opinion he will prove that hes NOT his brother. He can only do so much and to compare him to bein the next peyton is just unfair and wrong (not to accuse u of that sizz, just talkin in general). Jets are still better than the giants however, i dunno y u want the giants sizz. Lions should be a surprise to no one, they've had a huge buzz around them since the offseason began particularly due to their extremely young wide outs. Keep in mind of them (i believe rogers) has but one year left in his contract n is likely to go else where in persuit of an actual contender. Garcia went down (not sure how long but its more than just a week or 2) so there goes their back up. Harrington is....ok...i guess, they'll have a good offense, not talkin colts kinda offense but a good solid offense with a defense to compliment it which should spell out playoff bound. TAMPA BAY GIZZ?! u gotta be kiddin me, im not even gonna dignify that with a response, n if derek brooks doesnt make the probowl this year, im done following the bucs even the slightest. Falcons will NOT reach the superbowl (not sayin the wont be in the nfc championship game tho), like gizz said culpepper n the vikes will give them some good competition but come on now, the eagles will shut em down just like they did last year (speakin of the eagles, why in the HELL would they drop hugh douglas of all ppl?!). Falcons just dropped price, n i know he didnt produce s**t but they coulda moulded him into a great reciever, im lookin forward to seein what he can do, reunited with the QB he prospered with in buffalo (bledsoe)...only thing i dont like about it is hes playin 3, n hes a skinny dude...i dunno if he can handle the slots but we'll see. Titans will produce this year, (im not talkin anythin big, just a wildcard spot) n im hopin to see the raiders nation crumble. I dont see moss and sapp gettin along, too huge ego's clashin = disaster. My team, the rams, are lookin pretty good but our division rival seahawks made some pretty nice pickups while we stayed pretty much the same. Stephan Jackson just gets better and better n with faulk mentorin him im hopin for a huge year from him. I hope they can get to the nfc championship this year but i dont actually expect it, they gotta make it to the nfc semi's tho. My team to exceed expectations are the chargers who were a shocker last year to win their division but with a young group of players, they will become even better this year n if LT doesnt capture the mvp i might as well hang myself.

all i can say right now as far as awards go are...
mvp = ladainian tomlinson (its about damn time that man gets what he deserves)
defensive poy = ed reid/ray lewis (baltimore defense is shuttin s**t down this year)
offensive poy = peyton manning
defensive roy = demarcus ware (that man is a BEAST, look for him in dallas, huge buzz around him right now)

ok let me say some stuff now....

yes the falcons lost price, but they have the second best defense in the league and they have 2 first round pick WR that are supposed to be good. plus they have vick and price wasnt doing anything for the team. yes i know joker that the jets are better then the giants (and they got ty law too now) but i have always been a giants fan and have always stayed with them through the bad. i like the packers (who arnt going anywhere) and the falcons too.

o yea and by the way, did anyone here wat that jackass eagle fan said about vick? he went on a radio talk and was saying how the eagles where gunna kill the falcons. and then he said:
"michael vick is supposed to be soooo fast. apparently he wasnt fast enough to escape herpes"
i thought that was pretty messed up because herpes is something u cant cure and plus its just too personal. that would be like making fun of paul pierce for getting stabbed.

sizz (questions directed to u cuz i dont think anyone else follows football anymore than either of us on this forum), am i the only one or do u think vilma (jets 2nd year lb) is overrated...hes good n everythin but ppl are talkin bout how this guy is a TOP lb in the league n i just find that ridiculous to put him up there with the ray lewis' and takeo spikes'. What do u think?
