You know what, do we even really have a "leader" leader? I mean, Drizz started the team, but I think Sizz, Hizz, and Gizz all kinda have taken charge of things (in a positive way). Do we even need a main leader?  |

I personally dont think we have or need a label as the "IZZLE leader". I think that we are a group that can have different people on our team step up and represent us at diffferent times or in different ways as our leader on that issue. We do have some players that have seniority but every descision we make ...we make as a team by casting our member vote on that issue (and all the votes are equal).

ohhhhh i see. well thats a great thing, that theres not a leader you guys have a great clan keeping your selfs in line with out having a leader keep everythign straight. keep up the good work.
