LoL it took me sooo long how to figure that out. he copies your every move and you gotta kill him 3 times. Its a challenge, till you learn to use the roll to the side/attack...

Yea, you just gotta learn to strike fast, and while he's occupied, like after a jump attack. (Kinda like the Gerudo Fortress guards....)
