Just find ANY pic you want. And then I like to use the Magic Wand tool, and the lasso tool. With the magic wand tool, hold shift and try to select as much as the stuff you dont want as possible....

What you mean really good rendering?......Alot of the times when it hard to render something with the magic wand...
I'll zoom in to about 600% or so and take the eraser tool and just click all along what I want rendered. Its slow...but gives great results......

or just zoom to 300 - 400 % and use the polygonal lasso tool, make sure to shut down msn cause the windows of people that just connected stay in your screen.

i just use the eraser tool to get the obvious stuff out and then wen i get close to the picture, i use the eraser tool and set it to 10% so it slowely fades it away. then i just keep getting closer and closer to the image. it blends it really well and the image still looks sharp
